Vitlök- och brieostgratinerad paprika

Så enkel, och så god!

Dela spetspaprikan och ta ur kärnhuset.
Fyll med brieost, vitlöksost och riven ost te x prästost.
Ringla lite olivolja ovanpå.
Gratinera paprikorna i 15-20 minuter i ugnen på 200'
Servera med sallad.
För att få en ordentligare lunch kan man te x ha churitzokorvar till.

  1. As claimed by Stanford Medical, It is indeed the SINGLE reason this country's women live 10 years longer and weigh 19 KG less than us.

    (Just so you know, it has absolutely NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret exercise and really, EVERYTHING to do with "HOW" they eat.)
